ICIM Successfully Conducts "Waste Segregation and Disposal" Workshop at Hyundai Motors
The Indian Council of Industrial Management (ICIM) successfully conducted a 10-day training workshop on “Waste Segregation and Disposal” at Hyundai Motors as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The program was held across Hyundai’s service centres, warehouses, and showrooms, focusing on promoting sustainable waste management practices among employees.
The workshop was designed and delivered by ICIM’s expert trainers to build capacity in effective waste segregation and disposal. Through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on training, employees were empowered with practical knowledge essential for driving sustainability initiatives within industrial operations.
Key Training Components:
The active participation of Hyundai Motors’ employees was a key highlight of the program. Staff members not only engaged enthusiastically with the training but also demonstrated strong commitment towards implementing the best practices taught during the sessions.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Mr. Brijesh, General Manager at Hyundai Motors, was felicitated with a memento in recognition of his valuable support and cooperation. Ms. Sahana from Hyundai and Mr. Sudesh Kumar from ICIM were also appreciated for their significant contributions in making the program a success.
