Eligibility Criteria And Documents Required For ICIM Membership
General Members
Eligibility: Membership of the State Chapter may be granted to business units involved in manufacturing, including:
  • Local resident individuals, firms, companies or undertakings (whether incorporated or not), engaged or interested in:
    • Manufacturing
    • Trading
    • Services sector
    • Profession or other commercial activities
    • Local commodity or industry
    • Trade associations or Chambers of Commerce and Industry
    • Capital Investment Criteria:
      • Manufacturing Industry: Investment in plant and machinery up to ₹5.0 crore
      • Services Industry: Investment in equipment up to ₹1.0 crore
  • Traders (all categories)

Documents to be Furnished:

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association / Bye-Laws / Constitution / Partnership Deed
  • Latest Annual Report
  • Annual Accounts / Latest Balance Sheet
  • List of Directors/Partners with complete addresses and details of any other directorships/business interests
  • Any other brochure/literature about the applicant

₹ 1 crore to ₹ 5 crore ₹ 4,000/-
₹ 5 crore to ₹ 15 crore ₹ 5,500/-
₹ 15 crore to ₹ 25 crore ₹ 7,000/-
₹ 25 crore to ₹ 50 crore ₹ 10,000/-
₹ 50 crore to ₹ 100 crore ₹ 15,000/-

Note: GST @18% will be applicable on all membership fees.
One-Time Admission Fee: ₹1,000/- (non-refundable)

Professional Members

B. ICIM Professional Members

  • Firms or individuals engaged in recognised professions such as:
    • Lawyers
    • Chartered Accountants
    • Cost Accountants
    • Company Secretaries
  • Must be members of a recognised professional institution
  • Minimum 3 years of professional standing required

 

Documents to be Furnished:

  • Date of establishment with a copy of the Registration Certificate
  • Membership Certificate of the relevant Professional Institution
  • Latest Annual Accounts / Balance Sheet

₹ 50 crore to ₹ 100 crore ₹ 15,000/-

Association Members

Eligibility:

  • Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Trade, or Commodity Associations with objectives aligned to the ICIM
  • Umbrella organisations of Educational Institutions
  • Minimum two years of active existence

Documents to be Furnished:

  • Date of formation
  • Registration under Societies or other relevant Acts
  • List of Members / Office Bearers
  • Constitution / Articles of Association / Bye-Laws / Aims and Objectives / Rules & Regulations
  • Latest Annual Audited Accounts

(As determined by the Managing Committee from time to time)

Members of the ICIM Chamber may opt to become members of the respective State Chapter upon written request, without any additional charges or fees.

Association Membership Subscription

  • Annual Subscription Fee: ₹3,750/-
  • Applicable GST: @18%
  • Total Payable Annually: ₹3,750 + ₹675 (GST) = ₹4,425/-
  • One-time Application Fee: ₹1,000/- (plus GST @18%)

Note: GST @18% will be applicable on both the Membership Subscription and Application Fee.
