2.1. Course Enrolment Cancellation

  • Conditions:
    • Cancellations are not permitted if course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
    • Courses purchased during promotional periods or at discounted rates are non-cancellable.
2.2. Physical Product Orders
  • Timeframe: Cancellation requests for physical products must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Conditions:
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
    • Customised or specially discounted products are non-cancellable.

3. Refund Policy

  • General Policy: All sales of digital courses and services are final. Once access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
